This Privacy Policy explains how OneIvan ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects data when you interact with our internal Analytics Dashboard and associated application integrations.
When our application interfaces with third-party services, such as the Pinterest API, we collect strictly analytical data necessary for client reporting. This includes campaign performance metrics, aggregate ad spend, and basic account profile identifiers.
Retention: We retain this data solely for as long as a client account remains connected to our application to provide continuous reporting.
The information we collect is used strictly for internal analytics, calculating Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and displaying performance dashboards for our media buying clients.
Disconnection Policy: If a user or client chooses to disconnect their Pinterest account from our application, all Pinterest-derived data is immediately revoked, queued for deletion, and purged from our active databases. We do not store historic API data after the connection is severed.
We respect your privacy and secure your data. We do not share, sell, rent, or lease your information to outside entities. Furthermore, we explicitly do not resell, redistribute, or transfer any Pinterest content or Pinterest-derived data to any third parties under any circumstances.
Our analytics dashboard uses the Pinterest API to synchronize ad performance metrics. However, our application and the OneIvan brand are not endorsed by, certified by, or affiliated with Pinterest, Inc.
